Whisper her name
Let me tell you a sad story,
About a girl and her family.
If you know it already and you feel the same,
Whisper her name she'll always be in our memory.
Friendship started in elementary school,
We played Barbies when we once were cool.
5th grade became best friends,
How can a world like yours end?
And mend, we all will all will but your smile.
Spent time together in high school.
10th grade, 2nd semester, Spanish 2 ruled.
Giggling in class, making teacher's life hell
Last day of school before the bell,
We found a mouse, and named him Matthew.
I only wish I could laugh at inside jokes again with you.
Girly why'd you leave us all so soon?
How will Matthew get along, too?
Through the years we've grown close and apart.
Then this morning I found out that you broke your heart.
Whatever the problem was, I'll never know now.
And I can't help someone who isn't with me, somehow.
Been crying about it a lot and I don't think it's right.
Your not the same person now, that you took your own life.
I'll never glorify what you did to anyone, nor myself.
Please everyone, thank God
For your life and for your health.
So whisper her name,
And if you're feeling the same,
As I do
Just thank God.
